Condition, on camera
Before a vehicle leaves and again when it arrives, our driver records its condition with photos and video. The customer and the broker can each have those images whenever they want them.

Auto transport out of Prescott, Arizona. Cars and motorcycles, fifth wheels and travel trailers — strapped down and hauled on our open trailers, by our own drivers, with three decades of transport units behind the company.
You know who is showing up
Every truck in our fleet carries the Never Lost Logistics name, our DOT number and our MC number.

Lettered on the door of every unit we own, alongside the company name. When one pulls into your driveway, there is no question whose truck it is.

BOL & invoice
We send the customer or the broker the signed bill of lading and the invoice. Nothing to chase afterwards, and no argument about condition later.
Super Dispatch · Central Dispatch
We run on Super Dispatch to photograph and document each vehicle, and we work with brokers through Central Dispatch — so any broker who wants to use our services can find us and book on the platform they already use.
Flagstaff down to Phoenix, and Prescott down to Phoenix — those are our everyday runs, and if you sit on one of them we are already going your way. Las Vegas and San Diego go out on a schedule. Prescott is home base; Flagstaff is one of the areas we pick up from, not a place we keep trucks.

30+
Years hauling transport units
Never Lost Logistics runs out of Prescott with a team of drivers on the road and dispatch in the office. Thirty years of hauling transport units means the fifth wheel that sits too tall for a regular hitch, the bike with no kickstand left, and the driveway on a grade are all just Tuesday.
You are not calling a broker who has never seen your truck. Our team answers the phone, one of our own drivers straps it down, and the load you hand us is the load that arrives. Every driver runs the same checklist, every time.
Both numbers are decaled on the door of every truck in the fleet, alongside the company name, so you always know who is showing up.
You tell us where and what
Pickup, delivery, what it is, and the date you need. Truck, SUV, bike, fifth wheel, trailer — the same form covers all of it.
We come back with two numbers
When it can move, and what it costs. No range, no "call for pricing". If our schedule cannot hit your date, we say so.
Our driver loads it and heads out
Straps checked twice before the wheels roll. You get a text when it is loaded and again when it is delivered.
If your question is not here, text it over. You will get a real reply, not a form letter.
Text (928) 910-5799We are based in Prescott, Arizona, and that is the only place we keep trucks. Our two everyday runs are Flagstaff to Phoenix and Prescott to Phoenix — Flagstaff is one of the areas we pick up from, not a base. Scheduled runs go from Prescott out to Las Vegas, Nevada and San Diego, California. Other points get quoted when you ask, so tell us where it is and where it is headed.
You find out by asking. Text us the dates it can move and you get a straight answer about what is open on our end, not a guess and not a maybe. The sooner we know the date, the more room there is to work with.
Tell us where it gets picked up, where it is going, what is being moved, and the date. That is enough to put a number together for you. You get that number before anything gets loaded.
The basics: where it is sitting now, where it is going, and what it is. For a vehicle give us the year, make and model. For a trailer give us the length. Tell us whether it rolls and drives or whether it has to be winched onto the open deck, and the date it has to move.
Yes. We haul travel trailers and fifth wheels, including the ones that are too tall or too heavy for a regular hitch and truck. Cars, SUVs and motorcycles go too, and non-running vehicles are winched onto the open deck and strapped down like anything else.
Every unit in our fleet is lettered with the Never Lost Logistics name and our DOT number — USDOT 3009935 — on the door. We are not a broker and we do not hand loads to a stranger's truck: the driver who shows up is one of ours, in one of our own decaled units, so you can check the number on the door against ours.
Every unit is strapped at the wheels on the open deck with soft straps and tire ties, then checked a second time before the wheels roll. Photos go on file at the pickup so there is a record of the condition it left in. You can watch it travel the whole way, because nothing rides in a closed box.

Pickup, delivery, and the date you need. You will know when it can go and what it costs before you commit to anything.
